Duties & Responsibilities:
- Drive design for a mobile- first, consumer- facing, game- adjacent experience
- Manage a team of designers to establish intuitive flows and a scalable system
- Collaborate with project sponsor and team leads to shape the experience and strategic direction of our product
- Own design solutions and improvements
- Help establish product/business requirements and cross- functional alignment
- Drive brainstorming, concept generation, sharing of feedback, and design iterations of features and capabilities to meet business and user needs
- Lead UI/UX designers throughout the entire product design lifecycle and provide mentorship
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any related qualification, having a master’s degree in the required field is more preferred
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in digital marketing fields
- Having knowledge of modern marketing methods and ways to define company goals & strategies
